COVID-19 Notice: Although there is generally very low risk from contamination from mail order items, we are implementing a key change in our business to further reduce any risk to our customers. Effective 06/25/2020, all Deluxe Kit, Super Kit, and refill orders (which comprise 99% of all orders) will have been assembled and sealed in their shipping package for a period of at least 2 weeks prior them being shipped. The previous process was to assemble all kits as orders were received. We now constantly build up an inventory of ready to ship kits that get packed and sealed for a 2 week minimum before they are eligible to be shipped. If we receive a high number of orders that exhaust that 2 week buffer we will let the customer know the number of days remaining before shipping. The customer has the option to request that an order that has been packed and sealed for less than two weeks by email be shipped, otherwise the waiting period shall be observed.

There has been a lot of clamor on the watch forums about the "Cape Cod Cloth"; unfortunately much of it is simply incorrect. The Cape Cod Cloth DOES NOT remove layers of metal as I have seen stated in many blog postings; it is a nonabrasive petroleum distillate based metal polish. The pink applicator cloths are saturated with the polish and is not abrasive either, they are simply a carrier medium used to apply the polish.
